This leading manufacturer of surgical garments and supplies, continues to invest in Electrolux industrial equipment, because of the superior results and reduced operating costs that the machines integrated and advanced technology can offer. Electrolux is the only industrial laundry supplier to offer, and prove, Thermal Validation for the wash processes. This customer chose the Barrier washers, due to the following benefits and features:
Pullman partition allows easiest in class loading and offloading, while improving the wash result due to improve vertical drop. The 50 kg split pocket design, allows 2 x 25 kg pockets, for easy transfer to either T5550 or T5675 dryers.
Smart Dosing Interface adjusts detergent dosage according to the loaded weight, saving chemical costs and improving rinse results. Reporting via the SDI, provides statistical data and also provides thermal validation of the wash process.
Power balance uses an accelerometer to manage vibration and maximise extraction, whilst ensuring lowest possible maintenance.
Integrated Weighing System (IWS) shows the user loaded weight in real time on the Compass Pro display, to maximise production and guarantee correct balancing of pockets.
Titration valve, allows water samples to be taken during the pre-wash / main-wash / rinse processes, to ensure correct chemicals, and test disinfection standards.
